● Once the customer has ordered the food he/she will receive the order summary in the form of an SMS/Email. The delivery of the food parcel is done at the specified time at the address given by the customer. The great part of this service is that the customer only pays for the food bill
● Being the services agreed to provide by the Customer is from the order placed by the customer on selected hotels available with MYFOODTIME
● If for any reason, if the food is contemplated or not taste is placed order by the customer the Restaurant owner alone is responsible.
● Refund is applicable as per paytm payment gateway rules when order is cancelled.
